Faced with the daunting task of trying to turn the DCSF Letters and Sounds document into detailed, manageable day-by-day phonics lesson plans, teacher Nicola Byrne produced her own plans. When she put some of them on the TES website, teachers went wild about them, and so did we! And now we've published them so that teachers everywhere can have access to Nicola’s lesson plans.
LCP Phonics Planning is presented in a spiral-bound book to make photocopying easier. The whole resource is included on an accompanying CD, Microsoft® Word format, so it can be easily customised to suit your teaching style and pace, and the abilities of your children.
LCP Phonics Planning also features the Phonics Mnemonics CD, which contains PowerPoint® presentations of key words from the High Frequency Words listed in Letters and Sounds. Each highly illustrated and animated slide has a fun mnemonic or other strategy to make the spelling of the word memorable for young minds.

We are happy to send you inspection copies on 28 days' approval provided that they are sent to a school address and are
either: (i) paid for at the end of the inspection period OR (ii) returned to us securely wrapped and in mint condition at
the end of the inspection period. In the event of goods on inspection not being retained, return is normally at the school's
expense.
