Some of the songs are based on traditional French songs, while others have been especially written. Ideal for children in Key Stage 2, the vocabulary and topics are those which you are most likely to cover in your French lessons.
Allons chanter contains twelve French songs plus a teacher’s booklet which includes support for the non-specialist and specialist alike. In addition to the ‘full’ recording, a karaoke version is included to enable children to sing along with the backing music.
The French lyrics to the songs also feature in a Microsoft Word document on the CD.
