Inspection Copies

We are happy to send you inspection copies on 28 days' approval provided that they are sent to a school address and are either:

1. paid for at the end of the inspection period OR
2. returned to us securely wrapped and in mint condition at the end of the inspection period. In the event of goods on inspection not being retained, return is normally at the school’s expense.
   

VAT 

Some of our products carry partial VAT. This means that some of the components that make up a product are subject to VAT, and some are not.

Postal Charges

Postage and packing is £2.50 for all orders within the UK.

For delivery outside UK, we charge according to location and weight of order.  Please contact us for more information.

Our Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us securely wrapped and in mint condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Payment

Invoice
If the order is being dispatched to an educational establishment address within the UK, you can choose "payment by invoice" and we will include an invoice with the delivery.

Credit Card
You can pay for your purchases over the web by credit card.  All our credit card transactions are processed by the Worldpay Secure Server.  Critically sensitive information, such as your credit card details, is encrypted so it can not be read in transit. 

We accept Delta debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Switch/Maestro.
